Lush Cosmetic Warrior Face Mask
Firstly, I'd like to apologise for not blogging in so long! I have been extremely busy with uni work recently but I'm going to make it my New Year's resolution to be more organised so I have time for blogging and uni work. Anyway, I better get cracking with today's review...
Introducing you to Cosmetic Warrior from Lush. This is the first time I've bought this face mask (and to be honest I meant to pick up Catastrophe Cosmetic - the similar names confused me!) and I'm really enjoying it. The face mask contains tea tree, which is an ingredient that has always worked well on my face, garlic, grapes, eggs, and honey. This product cools my skin and tightens it - thanks to the grapes and eggs. I suffer from quite oily skin but after wearing this face mask for 10 minutes my skin feels drier (without being unbearably dry) and cleaner. If I have spots, I find that they heal quicker after using this face mask than when I don't use it at all, however, it's not a miracle overnight worker. Also, if my skin is really bad, I can use this product on consecutive days without it being too harsh for my skin and my face won't become too dry. The only downside to this face mask is the smell - it's probably due to the garlic but I really dislike the smell of it. Although, you might like the smell of this face mask; it's just not my cup of tea!
In the future I think I'll stick to Catastrophe Cosmetic because it has a similar effect on my skin as this face mask does (but with a nicer smell!). Have you tried any of the Lush face masks? If so, which one is your favourite?

It's not the most pleasant smell! I'd definitely recommend Catastrophe Cosmetic if you're looking for a face mask with similar benefits to Cosmetic Warrior x
DeleteCatastrophe is my favorite cold cream from Lush. The smell is just wonderful and it always leaves my face feeling super soft and brings down any blemishes I may have.

Lush make great face masks - and this is a great face mask too, it's just the smell that isn't too great! x
DeleteI have been meaning to stop into Lush! I'll probably avoid this one (I think I'll stick to using garlic for my food) but the Catastrophe Cosmetic sounds great!

DeleteThis sounds so good but I know what you mean about the smell. I can't stand the smell of any lush face masks and I remember the garlic one in particular haha. At least it's natural I guess!
